When you look from love in yourself to the love in another you will see it & experience the peace that comes from relinquishing judgement or a need for revenge.

Those of us who are old enough will remember (fondly or otherwise) a time when as a kid we weren’t allowed to leave the table until we ate all our vegetables.
What causes the pain we feel when we have been bullied is not only the physical or verbal act itself but the impact it has on our psyche and emotions.
Gentleness takes strength! Without gentleness, being strong risks devolving into force or power over others and ourselves, particularly over our feelings.
Whether we call them limits, guidelines, or discipline, boundaries are essential for a happy and healthy life, put in place for our protection and well-being.
Whether we experience it as excitement or anxiety, the faster the pace in our outer world, the greater the need to slow down and connect with, our inner world.
To one degree or another, we’ve suffered from a false sense of who we are, identifying ourselves with our possessions and believing they determined our worth.
When we take our attention away from what we find unacceptable and focus on love we come closer to the heart of change to experience a positive change of heart.
